fantastic hotel stay!
clean room great swimming pool amicable staff
The rooms feature beautiful decorations and are super clean. I was impressed. the swimming pool provides a fantastic way to cool down. I spent a few hours there each day! the staff was amiable.
The gym seemed a bit small for the number of guests. It only had a couple of machines.

the hotel featured lovely architecture alongside modern facilities. the staff provided a complimentary airport shuttle. i felt very welcome from arrival to departure. i really appreciated the focus on social activities, specifically the absence of a bar.
The gym was very small. This was a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast was great (especially the egg station!). the room included a well-stocked minibar with complimentary snacks and drinks. i found the free airport transportation very convenient. the hotel provided complimentary afternoon tea near the pool. I liked that.

The complimentary minibar was stocked daily with refreshing drinks and snacks. Free bead-making sessions were a good way to start each morning. Complimentary coffee and snacks were available each afternoon. Airport pickup service was prompt and very convenient. It added an extra touch of class.
Finding immediate transport nearby could sometimes be a slight challenge.

the room smelled kinda musty. breakfast lacked variety, i saw slight changes to the menu. they shut off the lights and aircon right at checkout time, a real inconvenience.

amazing family stay!
polite staff thai food craft activities special addition
the staff were super polite and sweet with our baby, such a warm welcome! we walked 20-30 minutes to night markets, it was a nice way to see the area. breakfast included a great mix of western and thai food plus made-to-order coffee and eggs. the complimentary craft activities were such a special addition for everyone.
the gym wasn't very functional, it needs better equipment.

the staff provided prompt airport shuttle service, a major plus. they also offered muscle cream at midnight, and that was amazing! their attention definitely ensured every need received care and enhanced the experience.
